I assume you'll be on Forgotten Island trip? October is good timing to be in Banda Sea for whales migration, better than my trip there, last April.

Last November I was able to free dive with whales in Banda Sea.

Sick, I was lucky enough to do that in the Azores last year, wonderful experience.

Yes. Nice! Fingers crossed. It's a 12-night trip. We'll disembark in Sorong. I dove Raja in Oct/Nov of 2018 and loved it. Looking forward to returning.

Nice report. Looking into a few days before a liveaboard. How was the price? Their website hasnt been updated since 2019.
