Spell Check Program for Message Board

Hi,
Someone once e-mailed me this COOL utility (program) that you can download that if you RIGHT CLICK onto your TEXT that you just typed onto ANYTHING, be it a notepad, message board posting, anyplace - it allows you to SPELL CHECK the text, AND, then by hitting CONTROL + V it will replace all your misspelled words with properly spelled words. I would like to put that program on our other PC, but I cannot find it on my PROGRAMS list and do not know the NAME of the program...

Does anyone know what this program IS or WAS called and where I can FIND it?

just between me and the wall.....im not all that concerned about spelling and punctuation if someone has some good or neat information.....feel free to mispell...to use a comma when you shouldnt....just tell me something i need to know.
