Well

looking for a torch about £60 range

bright obviously
can be used as a primary torch,
attached to camera equipment to for spotting (so large handheld plastics out)
and basically TDB

I think led would be better due to i can't be bothered to change the bulb every 5 minutes.
but if you can recommend a above a good HID i'll consider it
