Special permissions for posting on classifieds?

Question, do you need special permission to post on classifieds? i used to be able to, but noticed that I can't anymore. do those "points" get reset, if so how do you regain the ability to post on classifieds

You need to opt in to the marketplace, and every post is approved by a moderator.

It appears we have greatly curbed the scammers.

how do we opt in? Im also trying to post a listing for a Subal ND3 complete setup
