I need Information on Spearfishing in the Gulf of Mexico - out of Port Aransas.
Is it legal to Spearfish from the Jetties?
Do I have to go out on a boat or what.
The information I have is : in shore spearfishing is for non game fish, although I was told by a scuba store, as long as I have a valid fishing license, all fish are fair game. I would hate to get a ticket because I did not check this out further...
Anyone who knows for sure, please help. David:)
