Hi looking at spare air systems. Any experiences, suggestions? The 1.7 says 30 breaths at surface, I assume that would be about 7 at 100 ft based on 4x volumne change. Any other ideas?

Scuba Diving magazine did a whole write up on this topic a few months back. I'll see if I can find the link.

Your best bet is to just go side mount -- once you do, you'll never go back.

This horse has been beaten several times here. Buy a pony and save yourself the hassle.

Hi looking at spare air systems.

Spare Air is a great idea - this way you can run out of air TWICE on the same dive!
