Just in case you haven't noticed the dozens of comments by other members, the endless self-promotion is really getting tiring. You'd probably be one of the last places I'd buy from now.
FYI to the spammy Coloradoan, this is the most credited response in the thread.
Personally, the SP prices themselves don't faze me--all five of my regs are Atomics, and dropping a bunch of money on diving gear isn't a big deal. What is a big deal to me is the gimmicky, apparently sub-par service that you get for SP's high prices. Free Parts For Life! Butonlyifyoubuyeverythingfromusallatonce! And don't you dare miss an annual service or you're out forever! And to me, that kind of big corporate approach to service doesn't bode well for getting actual problems resolved.
Conversely, I only have to service my regs every two years. Parts are no big deal. Most importantly, if I have a problem with my Atomics, I know I can call them directly, reach a real person who knows what's going on and has the authority to provide excellent customer service, and get things taken care of properly. If that ever changed, so would my opinion on whether Atomic regs are worth their high price--regardless of their excellent build quality and function.
