after a quick search in here I found one short thread with the info that Scubapro offers an optional crotch strap for the Litehawk, which I also found in shops. We recently purchased two "old" Litehawks new (2,7KG with Cinch in blue/black vs. the new one in black/grey without Cinch, which dropped to 2,3KG) for a very nice end of life price....very nice. I have also dived it in the pool last week and like it a lot for my need, I'm a big guy at 6.1 and 260lbs, so I have it in XL/XXL that comes in around 2,9KG.
I looked at my Litehawk carefully for the last few days and saw that the back cushion attaches directly with velcro onto the plastic backplate. How would a crotch strap fit here and be aligned in the middle ? I could not find pictures as well and have no clue. Maybe the BCD belt needs to be realigned or it goes under the bladder ? Currently in the pool I do not feel the need for a crotch strap, but in rough seas, who knows......
Anybody know how that strap is mounted ?
