Dear SB members,

Have you ever seen SP 40th anniversary MK25/S600? As you may guess, the main function remains the same, but the minor cosmetic changes and two extras, elbow and adapter. This version is not sold in U.S. market though. Check out the attachments!

What I was told is only cosmetic changes as described in the previous post. That's it.

I heard that scubapro was going to reintroduce a balanced second stage with a metal air barrel to help please the cold water crowd. I was wondering if this might be it.

I believe that the new second stage will come out to the market with the new MK17 first stage in US market. MK17 is already on UK market though. Best,

This reg is known as the MK25/S600 Classic here in Thailand (and also in the UK). The S600 Classic second stage is plastic—it has a chrome plated brass front cover and adjustment knob. The Scubapro UK site does claim an advantage for the S600 Classic in cold water over a regular S600.

For some reason, the S600 Classic is not available with the light weight MK25SA.
