hi the 350 has a hot shoe adaptor allowing for TTLand the 320 not. i have both ´the 350 i intend ti use with a strobe andthe 320 asa point andshoot. yes they both use the same housing.
i seem to remeber the 350 having more megapixel the exactammount i have forgotten.

I heard that the 030 housing was discontinued also.
