I'm using an Oly C5050Z. Getting comfortable shooting with it by itself. I have just ordered an INON D180 strobe with Fisheye tray and ULCS arms from Yuzo and should be getting it in the next couple weeks. Can hardly wait!

Andy....Zatarain's is a seasoning, usually considered creole, that we use on everything! It has garlic, onion, chilli powder, red pepper, etc...just your basic ingredients. They also have a whole line of boxed rice mixes, fish fry meal, crab boil mix, etc.
