bah, I got this message when trying to complete the online transaction....
"We are temporarily not accepting VISA credit cards issued from the United States. The site is also unable to process certain US-issued Mastercard cards and UK-issued Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please try using other credit cards or call (632) 70-20-888 if you encounter any problems during payment."
I tried both my Canadian and US cards - it's a no go....
I'll have to wait until tonight (business hours for you guys) to call.

oh that is too funny Chip... The irony... Usually it's the other away! Guess the folks at Cebu Pacific got fed up about not being able to use their Filipino cards on US sites!

yup. that has been going on since last year... pak is kinda right- its PAYBACK time.
. the West can afford a much more expensive fare. u need to get someone to buy it for u. someone in SEA.
