Source for Luxfer AL27?

Luxfer's website lists a S027, a 27 cu.ft. cylinder which is about the size of an AL19, but 0.87" wider. My LDS says he can't order it due to limited distribution. Does anyone know any sources for this cylinder? Thanks in advance.
