Greece, as I have mentioned in previous posts, is open now to anyone to dive wherever they like. EXCEPT in restricted areas, these include, Military areas, harbours, shipping lanes and 70 off limits areas that are closed for archaeological reasons. If your "cert" is recognized by the state you do not need to use the services of a LDS, it is advisable though ! Night diving is NOT allowed without using an LDS. Apart from that the whole of the greek waters are open for anyone. Santorini is nice, Crete is nicer on the South side of the island.
