Got to love those pics...I have seen them before, but never tire of them.

To the best of my knowledge they are done using a series of photos taken using a fisheye lens that are then stitched together using specialist software on a computer.

Most modern digital cameras allow you to do something close to this though, albeit not quite in the same league. I have taken a few over the years using my Canon digital Ixus http://www.simonandmerith.com/qtvr/index.htm including one taken underwater last year in Grenada. Am hoping to find somewhere to try taking another one in the Red Sea in a few weeks :wink:
