PK once bubbled...

Just earning my new dolphin avatar.

I also didn't mention about your funny idea of "Key West time"...

Nice fish :)

Its not Key West time, just Keys time. Key West is "funny" all on its own!

Tom.... you also didn't mention about PK's complaints about the delay with her lunch order. It was brutal sitting there at a Tiki bar with cold drinks, good friends, and live music while waiting for lunch :)

Trish... he didn't loose his fin that day.... I was referencing another post about the fin.

Bonaire does have some deeper stuff... windjammer wreck is around 165'. Other than that.... pretty parrotfish :)

Tom,

I’m taking my wife down to Big Pine Key the end of January for her OW dives; finally talked her into it. Anyway, I’d love to get a SG dive in while we’re down there; what’s the best way to go about it?

Mike

P.S.

Is there a reward for the lost fin if I find it?

Heh, I wasn't going to mention that. I figured she just had too much "whine"..... Gotta admit though, the service there just flat blew!

When you getting that mix cert?
I had a great idea...You carry all the backgas and I carry all the deco mixes. We can fill up some OMS 125s with trimix and I can go on your long hose. I can carry a set of doubles with 50/50 in them...should cover most of the depths/stops, no? We can each sling a 40 if you want pure o2 @ your 20' stop.

Big Pine is most of 100 miles from the SG (Key Largo). If you want to do it it'll be a day trip. PM me or Rax for info on best operator.

That fin is in about 230' on the Queen of Nassau, not the SG. You up for it? :)

Not yet, a bit deep for air or Nitrox! But I could be a safety diver at 100 feet while you look for it.

Ugh. Get your mix card bro. Maybe we could go to Grenada? They have an ocean liner wreck............

Here in the US you ain't gonna be able to do anything worth while without mix card.

I gotta turn this thing off before my wife kills me. See you all tomorrow.

If Wreck thinks it's bad then it's REALLY bad. Thanks.

Anyway, yes, I felt I had way too much whine in me (double meaning intended). The loud music was the biggest bummer because I couldn't hear all the great conversations in our group!

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I like being outside in the sun where it's quiet (but birds can chirp, the waves can crash, and aligators can growl), have good conversations (that I can hear), a strawberry margarita in my hands (with many more easy to come by), and some healthy food to munch (without requiring begging). Ahh, so perfect for post dives...
