I have one of those can lights but mine was when he built them from Pelikin 3 cells. Now it appears they are made from UK's.

I have always been happy with the light and it has never failed me. It makes a nice light for tropical diving as well as a back up to my regular canister. To be honest it is one of my favorite pieces of gear.
