Sola Help

I know there have been many posts on this topic but looking for more information. I bought two new Sola 1200 Photo Lights in May, 2024 from L&M Amazon Store. Both lights just stopped charging at the same time. No lights. Tried two different chargers that work on other Sola light. Tried waking them up, holding button, cleaning contacts. Opened them up, no flooding. Disconnected/connected pins still nothing. Do I now have two paper weights?

There are a number of tricks to get them going. Where in LA are you? I can probably get them going, I am in Santa Clarita and occasionally in Pasadena.
