this looks better and cheaper to me... :
F.I.T. Pro Series LED 2000
for some reason this is listed at 330USD and it provides per spec 120 degrees vs much less for Sola.
Also comparable SOLA 2000 on the same web site is listed as 880USD.
I can understand there may be some shipping costs that can make a bit of difference but this is more than double the cost.

I also hear LALUZ (
http://www.laluzoptics.com/L800.html) is coming out wit a new product in March (the 800 was a great focus and video torch much cheaper and comparable to the Sola 800)

I have 2 Sola 1200 and thinking the 2000's might be in order. Only $100 more for the wide beam only.

Welcome to the world of lighting costing way more than the camera.

The gopro works nicely in ambient light and good conditions
As it is a fixes aperture camera reacts poorly to lighting creating plenty of clipped highlights so before venturing in buying light check if the conditions you operate are suitable
As the gopro does poorly with low light if where you dive is dark you will achieve better results spending your money on a camera with wider aperture instead of two sola 1200 and a gopro that is around 2,000
There are plenty of choices for 2,000$ or actually even less as 1,300 gets you a canon s110 a done and a single light for example with th camera actually able to take advantage of the light properly
