I have a Sol with Firmware 1.7, which is the trimix "downgrade". If I want in the future, can I add the trimix algorithm back?

Yes you can. But please note- once Trimix (5.1) is installed, only go to 1.7, never back to 1.6. You could hypothetically go between 1.7 and 5.1 and back to 1.7 as many times as you want. I hope this helps.
