What is that going to be, Tony?
It's the Renaissnace Resort Hotel and Casino, with 500+ car garage and six theaters. The guests will have an infinity edge salt water lagoon and fresh water pool which rest above the retail area along the shore line. Cruise ship passengers will pass thru the property, so the first floor will be retail shops and the casino.
