Wow very impressive! You need come to the Pacific Ocean to complete your diving. I recommend Okinawa, Japan. Currently the Humpback whales are calving, and there have been a pod of Orca's spotted. 100's of hammer head sharks were seen near Yonaguni Island. Want to learn more check out Zen Divers forum.

I have not had a chance to do the Pacific yet, which is really silly since it is only 150 miles from where I am sitting right now (I am on the Caribbean side of Panama). I once booked a trip to Bikini Atoll, but my girlfriend broke her ankle skiing and we had to cancel. Never rebooked, but I regret it to this day.

Cappy Jon, Just like time share condo's we should set up time share boats. You could come out to Okinawa for a while and skipper a boat and meanwhile a skipper from Okinawa would skipper your boat.

HMMM my girl friend could have watched me dive from the boat, or get a fiberglass cast. Then get it re-casted after the dive and say opps I got my cast wet. Maybe I am a bit zealous about diving.

I would love to dive that area--the history is just incredible. As far as the girlfriend deal, she didn't stay my girlfriend for long. Probably some subconscious resentment of not being able to do my dream dive trip. at least I got a full refund.

I was just thinking about this when i saw my very first YMCA dive log
