So what do you wear under your wetsuit???

I am a new diver and wonder what you all wear under your wetsuit..???

Ive heard of dive skins.....some people ive heard say they go o' natural......

what do you wear?

Swimsuit wasn't an option on the poll, but that's what I wear.

A swim suit is also the most obvious option.

I've added the option of swimwear to the poll - then you get a more fair result.

I wear a bikini !

Hi I wear a diveskin under my wetsuit!
It's warmer and makes it easier to take your wetsuit off.

Whether you keep 'em on or not after you've gotten into your wetsuit isn't really important - but the one piece of clothing that makes donning the wetsuit easier than anything else is a pair of socks. Before the days of diveskins and lined wetsuits, we even used panty hose to get those monsters on! (yes, it was pretty funny)

As mentioned by others, it makes doning the wetsuit a whole bunch easier...

I'm with scuba-sass on this one. I hated putting on a wetsuit until I bought my dive skin. I didn't wear it under my wetsuit for warmth, but just to help pull that *#&%^# suit on. I hated pulling on the wetsuit so much that I went out and bought a drysuit just so I didn't have to do it anymore. That and I wanted to dive year round.

I wear a pair of lycra bicycle shorst under my wetsuit. (in basic black). I think Texas Mike suggested this approach sometime last year when I was just getting started.
