This is my new Singel NO Tank Adapter
Intended for easy switching between BM and SM for OW diving. U just have to take of the tank bands. Simulates the tank.
I dove it and it works nice. Keeps the bladder in the same position as with tank.

What do you think?

looks cool but what material is the adapter? looks like some PVC piping?
And is that an Oxycheq 18lb Mach V wing?

Until I get my own BP/w, I'm never going to figure what you guys are talking about.

Yes it is about third of a 6" PVC pipe. I had this size laying around here, but a 8" would be fit better.
In order to get started and not to waist the pipe and money on a new one I've used it and tried in the water. Next will be getting a 8" pipe and make a new one.

The bladder is a 30lb OxyCheq Mach V Extreme Series Wing

Read a lot. Dive a lot. Get to know your equipment and whats on the market, and you will know.

By the way, this solution, that I've made above, you won't find any where cause it's (as far as I know) a new thing for SM with B/P and wing. Never seen before this solution. Whats nice about it that it is easy to use and allow you to dive with your single bladder with 1 or 2 side mounted singles.

I guess It's possible to make for twin bladder too.

Maybe it's cause it's Monday morning, but what is BM and SM?
Looks like a nice and simple rig.

So I take it this prevents the bladder from folding when running with side mount tanks? Cool!

Actually, I made a 2-piece STA like this out of PVC some years ago (there's a thread around somewhere). I used my Fred T. STA's as molds and melted them into shape. I made them for warm water diving my BP/W, because in cold water I wanted the heavier steel STA's. I gave them away to someone here on the board who asked for a pair.

Now it's years later and I'm still using PVC to make stuff: LINK. It's cheap, easy to work with and difficult to break.

Nice job, Wolfy!
