Last time I was in Aruba (2002), some of the local residents suggested a place called "Baby Beach(?)". IIRC, it was a bit of a drive, and was located near the industrial area,but the snorkeling was pretty good.

As Highlandfarmwv pointed out, I was referring to Malo Halto instead of Malmok as a dive/snorkeling site.

As others have mentioned, Baby Beach has some good snorkeling and diving, however, there are some fairly strong currents outside of the wall.
