A bad experience at Scubatoys ??? That's just not possible..they have the best deals on the web, impeccable service, support, deals, packages, closeout specials etc..... Who else lets you try out a wetsuit for 30 days and return it, even after diving with it? I shop at ST exclusively and I'm not from TX

OK, I read that and I have to say-you sir are a hard customer. It sounded like they took care of the problem.
IMO, how a company handles those screw ups tells me more about them then the company that I never have a problem with and it sounded like they made it right....but it is your money.

I gotta say Doc, after reading your story I'd like to hear your version of how you'd have liked that to have gone any better.
So they screwed up the initial order? They made it good and even made the effort to apologize to you in the thread where you complained about it on the internet!
That's rock-solid customer service if I've ever seen it.
