smart divers mabul

quick question , im booking my trip today ,anyone been to smart divers that knows what the difference between the run of the house rooms and the stand alone chalets..best I can come up with is that if its not a stand alone chalets its some kind of a duplex or something , run of the house is less money , any reason why i shouldnt just take the run of the house ?

I stayed in the standalone chalets this April and they were fine. Not fancy. SMART was building some overwater bungalows. I did notice some rooms that were together including a couple very close to the dining and dive equipment areas. Those might have some noise issues at times but I can't say for sure.
