I'll be diving with my 12 year old daughter on Maui and would like to rent some 50 or 63 CF tanks for her. Can anyone tell me which dive shops have smaller sizes to rent?

I think they have a half-dozen 50's and a bunch of 63's. You'll be able to get Nitrox in the 63's but not the 50's (IIRC).

Pacific Dive also has both 50's and 63's - but no EANx in either that I'm aware of...
That gives you a choice if your staying in Kihei (Maui Dreams) or Lahaina (Pacific Dive)
