Question Small Compressor Recommendation

Looking for a small compressor to fill our 60's.
It doesn't need to be fast, 1hr to 3300 would be fine.
Would be nice if it was as quiet as can reasonably be expected (operating from the porch in our condo).
Will fill (4) tanks /week - not too heavy duty.
