Oh.. it is back!
Dont speak too soon, i thought that for about 5 mins an hour ago, thought about posting on this thread again about it being back and lo and behold it slowed again for another hour til now - lets keep our fingers crossed (except when typing of coursenativenarcosis:

A little better here just now, but still not as snappy as usual. ISP/server problem, load? At least I know it's not my PC, network or ISP.
