so im looking for a mount for new pony bottle, i already know i wanna sling it, so its not a discussion of what type of mount to use, i need to know where to look for one.

ive done google searches and searched the forum. its mainly all debates about which mounting setup is best.

but i have an aluminum 40 for my pony looking to sling... any insight would be much appreciated!

and to answer the question as to why i wanna sling, i dont own a main tank so its not feasible for me to try another mount yet

that looks perfect!, thank you much

You can also buy kits from scubatoys.com and others.

A few feet of nylon rope, a 1' length of hose pipe, a cam-band or jubilee clip and two large bolt-snaps. Jobs a good one...easy peasey.

I use this setup myself... about 15-20.00 in material, bolt snaps costing the most and around 30 minutes of time and you have a nice setup.

I sling my pony and like the setup. Try: DIR-diver.com - Reg config stages/deco for an example on how to achieve this.

Happy diving!

i was also looking at those dive rite's, its a nice set-up and well priced. have you got to use yours yet?

Just curious as to why you don't own a main tank yet own a pony. Personally, I found slinging to be cumbersome, though most don't. Now I strap my pony onto the main tank.
