Sorry I'm confused. Surely the bubble trail on the right of your photo, not the one above your head, can only be a leak from your cylinder / valve / 1st stage / hose.

Get that fixed and it'll probably cut your SAC in half .

Twas just a weeping O ring.

Sometimes I hum or sing on dives so exhale due to that.
