a woman was terribly disfigured in a car crash and she needed a skin graft for her face.
unfortunately they couldn't find any of her own skin that was suitable.
so they took a skin graft from her husband.
but the only place the skin was soft enough was from his butt cheeks.
however they lady was embarrassed, and didn't want people to know where the skin graft came from so they agreed not to tell
after the operation everyone commented on how beautiful she looked.
and one day she said to her husband "i can't put into words how to thank you"
to which her husband reply "my dear, i get all the thanks i need everytime i see your mother kiss you on the cheek!"
