Hi Scott, can I change the size of a large Zena into a small Zena by changing the zippered vest sections? It is brand new never wet but I cant send it back. thanks, kevin

You can change the front panel, and even the shoulder section, but that won't take the vest section down 2 sizes...it is still going to be too big around.
