I wear Mares brand scuba boot(ies). Fairly regular. On a Bonaire trip back in March, and hurt my foot on the irregular hard coral shore (probably near Oil Slick Leap, where part of it has hard ridges/projections to walk on); it's like the bones got bruised or something. And it's hurt off and on since.
My wife & a friend wear Sea Soft Sunrays and really like them, but last I checked, they did not make a Size 15.
And I am a size 15. My foot is not to be crammed into a 13 or 14.
I need a boot with a decently strong sole, for tropical warm water diving, so I can walk on that irregular hard shore geared up with a tank on my back, and my own weight (around 285 lbs), without crippling myself. In a size 15.
Suggestions?
Thanks!
Richard.
