Apparently they've been asked to "stay at home". I assume that means 14 days. We also had another ship dock today in Melbourne (Golden Princess). It's unclear if they've been asked to stay at home but it seems all on board were tested.
And you're also correct, OZ is general is following the US path, whereas we should be looking closer and mirroring the best out of Asia, especially countries that have been there done that (similar) before; HK & SARS, SK and MERS. Singapore's doing waaayyyyyyyyy better at tackling this than what we are at this stage (with our fragmented State / Federal approach).
