I'm looking at rigs for sport solo diving, nothing really large or cumbersome. I've reached an age where I'm no longer prepared to walk around carrying large twin sets. Still, I've been wondering if there would be a lower drag factor advantage with two small cylinders sidemounted, in preference to using a standard single back mounted.

In a recent conversation I was having with a veteran sidemounter, the optimum sized tanks for trim, etc, in her opinion were steel 100's. Lucky me, I have two of those already.
