I reckon the easiest and most fun way is the mask mount! I just bought and reviewed this dive mask with GoPro mount and i've been super happy with it. Don't think you'll find anything of the same calibre any cheaper: https://thieve.co/review/gopro-mount-diving-mask-review/

I use a Peak Design Pro P.O.V. shoulder mount, Kayalu GPR-5002 Articulated Extension Arm. It works pretty well. No bubble interference and the framing angle is almost perfect. This rig is forever evolving.
