I wonder if anyone is doing some shore diving Wednesday late afternoon in LAX area? (Vets or any other area.)

I am staying in Orange, CA and would need to pick a tank and 20lbs (assuming -2lb empty tank) of weight but have the rest.

Shore diving right now is pretty misrible. With all the rain lately all of the silt and trash from the LA river, Coyote creek, etc. has washed down and out into the shore waters. Your better off hopping a ride out to the oil rigs on the Sundiver Express or who ever else is going out.

Reason why I asked for shore diving is because I only had evening for it. Wish I had a day to go out on the boat :)

The Riviara out of Dana Point runs some 4 or 5 hour evening runs. You could check their web site.

Too late now. I fly 6:40a out of SNA in the morning so no diving tonight.
