my Sister just bought a home near Hilo. Im spending 11 days there soon. It’s a work trip im remodeling a room but a day diving might occur. Eventually i will ditch a full set of dive gear at her house. But I think this trip will require me to rent it. Given all four checked bags will be full of tools.

I’ll be back every four months so it’s not like I won’t get a bigger window and have gear. But if the chance for a shore dive happens what would be your best advice.

thanks

Hilo Ocean Adventures rents gear but I personally have not dove with them. We used to dive with Bill at Nautilus Dive but he closed up last year after 30+ years. There is some good shores dive on the Hilo side.
