I hear that the Navarre Pier is diveable.... Has anyone been out on it recently? Any special rules in Florida for SpearFishing?

You can't spearfish off beaches or piers unless you are obscenely far off of them.
The Navarre Pier is divable, I haven't been recently(9 months or so), buts still there and still has water all around it
