I can't say which one is the best, as I only bought one card at a time and didn't compare them against each other at the same time...

That's it?? I thought that you were talking about months or many weeks.

In this case, marsa shagra is your place. You need to ask about their internet in the rooms. I know that they have internet in the lobby but don't know about the rooms. If not, ask if there is good 4G coverage. You can buy SIM card easily there.
We had WiFi in our duplex working OK. Before you decide, you should know some bugs and features of Shagra:
1. They have a big eatery that is very good but it is open 3 times a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You'll have to adjust your diving times accordingly. If you need a snack or a beer, they also have a snack bar.
2. You can do boat or shore dives, your choice.
3. Shore dives are done either from the shore or you can ask for a ride on a small zodiac. You need to tell them what kind of dive you are doing, shore to shore, zodiac to shore, etc, north or south, and sign in on the board.
4. You can shore dive as you wish (when the shop at the beach is open) but they enforce the buddy rule. When my wife skipped dives, I always found some instabuddies. This is pretty formal, they do not follow you underwater.
5. Night diving is generally good, so I went out every night.
6. Boat dives are done from larger zodiacs and you need to sign in in advance. The rides are quite bumpy so take some antipuke stuff if you go.

Do you have to come out of the water together at the end of the dive?

LoL, let me ask it differently then 🤠 did you have issues with any of them in terms of quality of service, speed, etc.?

😜

Yes. They have a strict system to monitor who is going with whom and when you are expected back. If you do not report back on time (wipe out your name from the board), they will first look at your locker to see whether you may ave forgotten and have already left. If they see that your clothes are still there, they will assume you are still in the water and start searching for you. Really? really. I whitness such a search about to start and the said divers coming back too late.... They were seriously re-briefed of the procedure and (still poletely) requested to adhere.

No. Availability was always good. And i always got what i paid for.
I found the WE App the most convenient and easy to use.
The Vodafone app for iOS is not available to install outside of Egypt. Orange App felt a bit clumpsy, but it was a few years ago and could be because of using it in English...

Nope. But you have to wipe your names off the board or they'll start searching for you in about 1-1 and 1/4 hr after you left.

If you go in with your buddy, you have to come out with your body.
They do not watch divers coming back. On one dive, all my instabuddies went out on boat trips. The only buddies I was able to find were a bunch of Hungarians who barely spoke English. Still, they understood what I was trying to tell them and gave me OK. We went out on a zodiac, I went down negative and never saw them again.
