I will be going on another week's live aboard this summer. I loved the last one I took. But after a week of getting up the boat ladder multiple times a day for a week, my shins were so bruised and sore that I thought they would never heal back to normal. I would like to find some kind of shin guards that can be used for scuba diving under or on top of a wet suit. Does anyone know of anything like this?

I come home from dive trips looking like I've been in a fight. My shins get the worst of it, but I also get mystery bruises on the sides of my thighs, and at least a couple on my arms too. I wear a full 1mm and full 3mm for winter trips. Both have shin pads, but they don't help. If you find something, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
