I recently purchased a SHERWOOD WISDOM Computer. There are some light scratches on the face. I believe the scratches are on a protection plate that is mounted over the glass.

Can someone let me know how to tell if there is a protection cover over the computer's face, and if so how does it come off. Thanks, Ronnie

I also dive a Sherwood Wisdom, and yes that is a protective cover .I am not sure how it comes off but my dive buddy did have to replace his and since he did not complain about the cost if must not have been too much lol.........Paul

The cover has 4 tabs around it. It looks as if the taps must be pryed open, I am not sure and don't want to damage it. thanks for your input.

Regards, Ronnie

Yes, you have to gently flex the cover to get the tabs to pop out of the notches. Replacement covers are not expensive (maybe $5.00).
