Today, I came across this hermit crab trying to rip off the shell of another hermit crab.* I tried to stick around to see how the story unfolded, but I was on a drift dive and had to move on after 5 min. or I would miss my exit point.* I love how everywhere you turn, there is a micro-drama or some sort of event to capture.

He may also have been asking for a date...I have video from a few years ago of a similar drama!
 
Thanks guys! alcina: great info! I'm willing to bet this was the case because all of the hermit crabs (and I mean about 10,000 of them!) were acting pretty strange yesterday.
