Question: when I "Sync" shouldn't the "Last Synced" change. On four different iPhone each from a different country after pressing "Sync" the "Last Synced" reads last month
iPhones are set to be Online

I must have had a temporary mental lapse due to all the "missed stops" I've had during my 45+ years of diving.
I hadn't uploaded any of my Shearwater units in a while, just uploaded my TERIC and the "Last Synced" changed immediately.
