You deleted it first in the Shearwater Cloud app ? That means you had a sync before. If I want to delete a dive after doing it I delete it first in my Teric and make sure I had not a sync with the app.
Delete it again it should work. I can't explain exactly what happened to you...
Think about giving the right number for your next dive (if it was your number 2 dive and you delete it you have to give the number 2 for the dive you will make next time)
I did delete it in the Peregrine TX as you say but it still wasn't removed. The answer to this came quickly from Shearwater when I contacted them. The problem was the dive was stuck in the cache. To clear the cache:
  • Connect to the Computer using BT
  • Click on Connect >> Dive List >> Advanced Options
  • Click on Clear Cache
The Clear Cache button was added in the v2.11.6 release dated 2024-05-03:
"Dive Computer Options: Added "Clear Cache" button to fix issue where a deleted dive would reappear in the dive download"
