WadeGuthrie:I just got a set of stainless 5.5" EMT Shears (Google for "EMT Shears"). They've got 7" and, I think, 2" shears but I *think* this is the right size. I keep mine in my BC pocket, with a double-ended SS snap bolt -- one end clipped to a D-ring and the other clipped to the handle. I've keep the ends together with a piece of clear tubing. I haven't dived with this configuration, yet, so I am anxious to see if I can get the tubing off under water (it's kind-of tight).
I've looked pretty hard and I can't find any with a stainless pivot pin. I don't know that they make them but I'd be happy if someone could point me to a site selling them to prove me wrong!
