Wow - how increadibly sad for his wife to experience. Losing a loved one is always tramatic but to learn that your spouse was attacked and killed by a shark while vacationing - far more disturbing than a report of a car accident or something. Our prayers go out to his family...

The latest update from Maui News indicates he probably drowned before the attack, though they may not ever know for sure. I wonder if they will be able to tell what kind of shark found him.

Look Sharks are not KILLING Machines they are just like the rest of US and looking for FOOD...This can happen far more than it does..We are not part of thier normal food chain and there is no reason to fear sharks as much as crossing the ROAD which Kills and injurys FAR MORE PEOPLE.....
