Well, the same can be said for bear and cougar when hiking a trail in the Pacific Northwest!

I have heard that the sealion/seal populations are up this year in California. Can this be any reason why there seem to be alot more white shark around and more attacks? I am curious, are there seals in the surf where these surfers have been attacked?

What was the point of posting that here? Try a sport fishing website. Most of us prefer to see sharks in the water swimming. Not dying a slow death aboard a boat.
